Why only two
Voice AI is not a subscription.
It's a deployment. Every business we serve needs a real human to sit down, understand how their phones work, and design an agent that reflects their actual operation. Self-serve tooling in this category produces broken deployments and lost trust — for the buyer and for the industry.
"We only ship voice agents we've actually built."
The Pilot proves it against one use case. Enterprise runs the whole operation. That's the choice.
Common questions.
What if we outgrow the Pilot before 90 days?
You upgrade to Enterprise mid-Pilot. The $997 Pilot setup fee credits fully toward your Enterprise engagement, and you keep every call flow, recorded prompt, integration, and call log you built during the Pilot. No rebuild, no lost work, no renegotiation.
What's actually in the $997 / $0 setup fee?
For the Pilot, the $997 covers discovery against your top intake type, call-flow design, single-integration setup (CRM or scheduler), voice + persona build, and two weeks of live-call QA before 100% cutover. Enterprise includes all of that plus multi-flow architecture and concierge migration — which is why setup is bundled into the monthly. Every setup line item appears on the SOW.
Can we cancel mid-term?
Pilot cancels anytime — no auto-renewal, no back-end fee. Enterprise runs on a 12-month commit with quarterly billing available on request; that quarterly cadence includes a month-1 opt-out clause so you're never locked in on faith. After the term, both tiers go month-to-month with no auto-renewal.
Can we bring our own phone number?
Yes. We work with your existing number via SIP forwarding, or we can provision a new number for the Pilot. Either path is standard on both tiers.
What systems do you integrate with?
ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, Salesforce, HubSpot, Attio, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Stripe, Supabase, Twilio, and any modern REST or webhook API. Pilot includes one integration. Enterprise is unlimited. If it's not on this list, we scope it custom — no surprise fees.
How is Enterprise different from a call center?
A call center rents you people. Enterprise rents you a voice operation — one that never turns over, never misses after-hours, integrates with your systems in real time, and gets sharper every quarter as your strategist tunes it against outcomes. The typical Enterprise engagement replaces 2–4 FTEs at a lower total cost with better SLA.
